The Office of the Founder provides executive oversight and strategic direction for Carry Your Cross and Watchmen Assembly. This office is responsible for advancing the mission and vision of the organizations, strengthening community and organizational partnerships, supporting program development, and maintaining standards of excellence and accountability.
Through collaborative leadership and responsible administration, the Office of the Founder seeks to ensure that each initiative remains purposeful, accessible, and positioned to provide meaningful and lasting impact.
